Artists Image Resource

A core group of secondary students will conceptualize and plan a collaborative artwork with artists Robert Beckman and Ian Short, directors of the Artists Image Resource, a nonprofit fine art print facility in Pittsburgh. Students from each school in the district will be presented with a theme and will contribute images for the project. Select artistically gifted students will utilize the contributed images to create fine art prints at the A.I.R. facility in collaboration with the artists. The entire process will be made available and interactive to the entire student body through this web site.
