Hurtful Memories

The memory of watching you overwhelms my mind.

Hatred flows through my veins gracefully like

a fish swims down the river.

The father figure you once were has now disappeared

like morning dew.

As I stand here

Alone

waching the beauty of the stars fade away into moring

flashbacks continuously punch me in the stomach.

Never letting me forget.

Making me always see

they was the vows of forever

broke like a twig.

Always wonder why?

Why did I have to see you with the foreign object in my mothers shoes?

Why do I have to decide?

Break her heart?

You already broke mine.
